Stock Products are products that are normally maintained in inventory.
Custom and Made to Order products are products that are not maintained in inventory in our warehouses. These products are manufactured when orders are received.
Custom products are manufactured according to a customer's unique specifications. Custom products require price quotes.

Orders are accepted with the understanding that billing is at prevailing prices at the time the order is placed. Prices are F. 0. B. distribution center. Prices include all packing and cartoning charges. Taxes, shipping, handling, storage, installation, and other charges will be added to quoted prices.
Payment terms are Net 30 days with invoices dated the day of shipment. Interest accrues at 1.12% per month from invoice due date.
Fax, mail or call in your request for a quote to our Customer Service Department. When requesting quotes for Custom Made to Order products in writing or by phone, be extremely careful and precise in your description. We quote what you ask of us, as we understand your specifications, except in those instances when it is in your best interest to consider an alternative product.
All quotes are faxed or mailed. If response time is crucial, verbal quotes can be given: however, quotes are not firm unless they are in writing, initialed by customer and faxed back to your representative. This assures that your product requirements have been accurately specified.
CLAIMS FOR GOODS DAMAGED OR LOST IN TRANSIT
Inspect all shipments upon receipt and note any damage or missing products on the freight bill. Report concealed damage immediately to the carrier and to us. Contact your local BSA Representative for any assistance you may need.
Stock orders are typically shipped within 48 hours of receipt of order. Every effort is made to maintain an adequate inventory of stock products, however, it is impossible to guarantee the availability of every product.
Quoted shipping dates for Custom or Made to Order products are standard lead times based on production cycles. Frequently we are able to ship before our estimated delivery date. If you need expedited shipping dates, please let us know prior to order entry and a firm ship date may be arranged.
Orders for the same stock products that are placed at the same time and have multiple "ship to" locations qualify for quantity discounts if the following conditions are met; (1) Each order meets the minimum order requirement, and (2) Only full carton quantities are shipped to each location.
We do not sell or ship less than full carton quantities. An order for less than a full carton will be increased to full carton quantity and is billed as such.
Cancellations or changes made to orders, including change of address, may incur a $30 charge, plus any additional labor and handling charges. Orders of custom manufactured products that have been properly entered and acknowledged cannot be cancelled.
Custom and Made to Order products and year labels cannot be returned. We reserved the right to determine whether or not a stock product may be returned.
Do not return stock products without first contacting your local BSA Representative. Please be prepared to tell us your purchase order number and our invoice number to expedite handling. Returned stock products must be shipped FREIGHT PAID to our warehouse. Please mark all cartons with your assigned "Return Goods Authorization" number or request that we provide shipping labels for your convenience. All returned products incur a 20% or $30 charge (whichever is greater).
OVERRUNS & UNDERRUNS OF CUSTOM PRODUCTS
Overruns and underruns are not uncommon for Custom or Made to Order Products. Industry standards prevail; (1) Customer accepts 10% over or under the quantity ordered, and (2) Billing is based on quantity shipped. Orders requiring an "exact count"; incur a 10% upcharge or more, depending on the product.
Note; Piece or short count cartons of Custom products may be sent unless prior arrangements have been made. Color code product overruns are not color coded unless specified.
We ship stock product orders promptly without acknowledgements. If it is necessary to back order products, we will notify you and give you the option of requesting a partial shipment.
Limited warranties are available on some equipment. Each specific piece of equipment has its own specific limited warranty per each specific manufacturer. Your purchase of these products carry the full manufactures limited warranty as per their agreement with our company. These warranties are made solely to the original purchaser and shall be effective from the date of purchase as shown on the purchaser's receipt. All applicable warranty information will be provided to you in writing on request.

CUSTOM PRINTING FROM A DATABASE
Special printing of labels and/or folders may be printed and shipped from customer supplied data. Customer is responsible to order the data in the supplied database into the exact sequence that labels/folders are to be supplied. Delivery schedule and timeline for delivery will be agreed upon only after customer has approved label samples, printed sequence order, and color‑maps. Customer will be charged for every unit printed including labels printed as a result of incorrect order or erroneous data elements in customer supplied database.
Servicer's total liability for loss or damage of electronic media or documents from Customer in connection with the services as performed under agreement shall be limited to the reduplication of the image or re‑work. In the event Servicer shall fail to properly perform the services to be provided hereunder, Servicer's obligation and liability related thereto shall be limited to re‑performing such Services, but, not more than 5% of the contract price. Servicer shall have no further liability to Customer except as provided in this section. In no event shall Servicer have any liability hereunder to any party other than Customer, nor shall Servicer be liable hereunder for incidental consequential, special, late fee penalties, indirect and/or exemplary damages.

Pricing and applicable discounts are based on those market prices shown in the BSA Catalog or manufacturers published price lists.
Contact your local BSA Representative for special pricing and/or discount considerations, which you may be eligible to receive. All BSA Representatives are qualified to offer special product and/or volume pricing. Be sure to ask you BSA Representative about our unique Group Purchasing Program.
